Poetry Appreciation – Spring

This course fosters a love of poetry through the discussion of a variety of carefully selected poems. All thoughts and opinions are valid and welcomed and the experience of discovering a poem as a group is, in the opinion of current participants, both enriching and empowering. Do come and join us and share in the rewards of reading poetry together in a circle. No prior experience is necessary.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a slow mind/body exercise using yoga type principles to help improve how we move including correcting our breathing, posture, toning muscles, and improving flexibility. It is a walking exercise where we learn a set sequence of body postures called a form. This course is for both beginners and advanced students.
