This course fosters a love of poetry through the discussion of a variety of carefully selected poems. All thoughts and opinions are valid and welcomed and the experience of discovering a poem as a group is, in the opinion of current participants, both enriching and empowering. Do come and join us and share in the rewards of reading poetry together in a circle. No prior experience is necessary.

As the world changes rapidly around us, psychologists have new questions to ask to address new realities whilst some truths remain constant. The AI revolution, political and international turbulence and the overwhelm of information via the ubiquitous social media are all shaping our daily lives.
